wow, I must be taking a study break from some heavy reading to be thinking in that language at this hour.

Oh, and by the way, did you notice how I spliced a comment, and a comment to that comment in 2 consecutive posts?

That's how you do it...

If you go check on the memberlist on the link above, on an individuals page it shows the average number of posts per day. For instance mine is 2.5 per day, while Serge is pretty slow at only 18.75 per day.

I'm only a lowly Koa, but when I get to BRW grade, I'm going to celebrate by buying a set of MAHOGANY!

I think when--if--I get to Brazilian status, I'll re-enlist and start all over again form the beginning.
Or if I could figure out how to stay Koa for ever, that would be a neat trick as well.

Colin, you and I are pretty close post-wise.

Who's going to get to Brazilian first?

Steve
Serge is pretty slow at only 18.75 per day.

Colin
And in order to get to 2.5 posts a day, i'd probably have to take a 2 months break from posting and even then, i'd probably still get an average of 10 posts a day which is still prolific in terms of posts but would be considered like i was slacking by many!

Heh Serge you're up to 18.76 per day now. That's more like it!

Steve, always pick the front runner in any race when it gets close to the wire. You're 46 posts ahead so my money is on you getting Brazilianed before me. Anyway, I'd be happier as a Mahogany

Gotta love English...we can make a verb out of anything.
"Getting Brazilianed". I like the sound of that--almost like a rite of passage.

Doesn't that involve hot wax where you would least expect it?

Well, I thought it relevant to say that I turned "mohogany" today. *sniff* Its been very emotional. I can see myself coming back to this site a ridiculous number of times each day for ever after. re-reading old posts instead of working hard. Well, working hard to not work hard. *sniff* I'm on my way to "ridiculously curly maple"! who's with me?

OK, last one. .21 posts per day makes 5 days per post, and BRW is at 2,000, right? So, that should be 9,991 or so days until I get the guitar guys most excellent title. But what should the cap be for "ridiculously curly maple". Maybe 9,000? 10,000? I don't want it to be easy, after all. I can see Serge getting there quickly, but someday my friends, I too shall be known by that most righteous name.

I've been looking for a good place to ask this question without having to
start a new topic. Maybe this is that good place.

What is "Bump".

"Bump" just bumps the topic to the top of the Active Topics list for more visibility.
Try it, you'll like it!
